KSS sponsor College Excellence Awards

KSS were delighted to sponsor the College Excellence Awards for the second year running, which were held on Wednesday December 7 at the College. The Awards celebrate the success, commitment and achievement of the College’s most outstanding students, staff and partner employers.

Attended by winners, family, friends, partners and staff, the event was a glittering success with an audience of 200 watching as the winners received their award from Principal and Chief Executive, Paul Head.

KSS have been working with the College since 2009, recently completing the Student Hub where the awards ceremony was held, and are looking forward to the forthcoming projects due for 2012. The new Construction Centre is currently on site, with the major refurbishment and extension of Collinwood due on site in March 2012, and planning pending for the remodelling of the front of the site.

Attending on behalf of KSS were Michael McCollum and Franziska Katerbaum who are working on the various projects for the College.

Michael McCollum said “It is always a pleasure to be invited to attend these awards as it really shows what a different a good solid education can provide in the right environment. It was particularly enjoyable to see the facility we designed in 'event mode' and hear first-hand what it means to the both the students and staff alike."
