Newlon head office opens for business

KSS are delighted to announce the opening of the new Newlon Housing Trust head office at Hale Village N17.

Newlon took possession of and moved into their new head office at the beginning of October. Teams from their group members Newlon Fusion and Outward are also based at Hale Village. The new offices are well connected to public transport networks and much easier for the majority of their residents and visitors to get to.

Newlon took the decision to integrate their new head office into one of their new residential buildings, enabling them to be hands on for their tenants.

Mike Hinch, Newlon said “We were looking for offices which would take Newlon to the next stage of our development and thanks to KSS we now own a landmark building with state of the art offices completely customised for now and flexible for the future.”

KSS Senior Interior Designer Helen Tigue said “It's been fantastic to design and introduce Newlon to New Ways of Working which was taken on with a little apprehension! However, it is great to hear that Newlon are settling in and enjoying their new environment along with the number of different spaces we have created, providing them with the choice of how and where they want to work”....
