Topping out of new Spurs training centre

The topping out ceremony of the new KSS designed Tottenham Hotspur FC Training Centre took place September 13, 2011.

Hosted by contractor McLaren Group the event included Tottenham Hotspur FC directors, first team manager Harry Redknapp, Club Captain Ledley King, architects KSS and the wider team, as well as key industry guests.

Daniel Levy, Tottenham Hotspur Chairman said: "We are delighted to have reached this major landmark in the construction process and to be well on the way to delivering a new state-of-the-art training facility for Spurs that will not only be the best in England but in Europe. We look forward to seeing this iconic facility completed and becoming our new home for training.”

Harry Redknapp, Tottenham Hotspur Manager, said: “It’s great to be here and see the centre taking shape. What a fantastic facility for players to come and work in every day and to attract young players who are thinking about coming to Spurs. You won’t find a better training centre than this anywhere. It’s got everything a top class player would need.”
