This 200m linear development within the "Maritime Greenwich" World Heritage site includes a range of retail and restaurant units at ground floor with up to seven storeys of residential units above.
We recognised the importance of respecting the rich tapestry of Greenwich's maritime history, royal parks and great buildings, and our concept includes a series of subtly differing façade elements which properly "doff their caps" to the scale, fabric and colour of the existing locale.
A key aspect of our proposals is the opening up of the previously hidden St. Alfege Church memorial gardens, making this neglected gem safer and more accessible to the public.
