The Halkins redevelopment has revitalized an important enclave in Belgravia, and secured the long term future of a number of listed buildings in the process.

We negotiated a challenging planning consent with Westminster Council, and the scheme includes a new Waitrose food store and offices within the original 'Pantechnicon' market building, together with retail and restaurant units.
