Our challenge at the NEC was to design a range of dining concepts for The NEC Food, a new catering brand forming part of the groups £40m improvement programme at England's premier exhibition centre.
We devised two different dining concepts with different personalities but interchangeable components. The "Food Market", a totally flexible space with vibrant colourful feel and featuring mobile catering pods, and the "Food & Bar" restaurants, a more refined restaurant and bar offer with feature theatre kitchens.
