KSS complete refurbishment at Anchor House

KSS have recently completed the refurbishment of Anchor House located in the heart of the Chelsea Conservation Area.

The building, originally designed by KSS Chairman David Keirle back in 1985 has undergone a complete refurbishment and now provides high quality office space to current BCO standards, and achieves a BREEAM rating of Excellent.

The 4,450m2 office refurbishment included the relocation of the main stair to provide a more flexible floor plate together with the creation of a stunning new entrance lobby, entrance canopy and DDA compliant access. The entrance lobby includes a bespoke backlit etched glass map depicting the local area and a stunning glass reception desk made up of individual panes of glass.

The original anchor over the arch remains and the exterior has been improved in keeping with the surrounding conservation area.
