South Essex College shortlisted in RICS East of England Awards

We are delighted to announce that Thurrock Campus at South Essex College has been shortlisted in the ‘Community Benefit’ and ‘Infrastructure’ categories at the RICS East of England Awards 2016.

Thurrock Campus is a new Higher and Further Education facility in the heart of South Grays and a central hub for the community providing an outstanding learning environment. The opening of the College has received great feedback from the public, surrounding areas and students and is now seen as one of the focal points of the town centre.

The new Campus was nominated by the Head Judge to be included in the shortlist for the ‘Infrastructure’ category as well, which recognises outstanding achievement in delivering essential facilities, services and organisational structures.

The RICS Awards highlight the achievements of the most inspirational regional initiatives and developments in land, property, construction and the environment in the UK.

KSS Director Lee Nightingale will be attending the award ceremony at The Apex, Charter Square in Suffolk on the 11 May 2016.
