Update from KSS

“I wanted to let you know the steps that KSS are taking during these uncertain times to ensure that we continue to provide our Clients and colleagues with the highest level of professional service.

Over the last month, we have expanded the capability of our IT system and purchased the necessary additional portable hardware to ensure that all our staff can work effectively and efficiently from home with the full capability of our processing power and database. They can still communicate both internally and externally with fellow consultants and Clients. We have also expanded our use of virtual meetings, in order to avoid unnecessary travel for both our staff and colleagues in other practices. It is our intention to utilise virtual meetings as much as possible for the foreseeable future.

In light of the Government’s latest advice, all staff have the option and strong recommendation to work from home. Given the location of our office in central London, almost all are doing so. At present, however, we are not fully closing our offices in London or Sevenoaks. Some senior staff with a safe and isolated commute will still be working in both offices.

We will ensure we maintain our highest standard of business continuity via remote working until such time as the Government’s advice dictates otherwise.

The health, safety and wellbeing of our staff, clients, colleagues and teams are our utmost priority. I would like to thank you for your ongoing support and wish you well during these unprecedented times.

Please feel free to contact any staff member by e-mail or mobile phone. For virtual meetings, we are mainly using Microsoft Teams. We look forward to meeting you again in person in the near future.”
