Project Details
In contrast to most of our education work, our involvement at CoHEaNEL was based around rationalising, modernising and expanding the existing college sites with a series of modest interventions to create best value for money.
Work focussed primarily on the Enfield Campus, and included a new 1,100sqm student hub, 900sqm construction training centre, refectory extension and facade upgrade to the main Collinwood teaching block.
Further work to enhance the public face of the college includes a striking new entrance to Hertford Road, and the refurbishment and conversion of the Park building to new teaching accommodation.
