Braiswick Primary School and Camulos Academy have been procured under Essex County Council’s framework agreement with Skanska, and provide new much-needed entry and primary level teaching facilities in North Colchester.

Both are two storey buildings based on similar footprints, internal layouts, and methods of construction, with individualised architectural language and external envelope treatments responding to the respective site contexts.

Our designs focus on providing simple colourful healthy learning environments making the best use of natural lighting and ventilation wherever possible.
