The Northern Development formed Phase 1 of the Northumberland Development Project (NDP) master plan for the development of a new stadium complex for Tottenham Hotspur Football Club.

The new five-storey building accommodates the largest central London Sainsbury store with 402 undercroft parking spaces intended for dual match day and non-match day use.

The upper levels are planned as maximum span flexible space and are now home to Tottenham University Technical College and Tottenham Hotspur’s corporate offices. The development has been phased to dovetail into the northern external podium concourse of the stadium.
