In addition to producing technical design information, Will’s role encompasses QMS, BIM and information management, detailed design coordination, problem-solving, supplier liaison, and staff training.
He leads the development of BIM processes, ensuring projects are established in line with company or project-specific requirements, with efficient data transfer protocols and ISO19650 compliance.
Will is also responsible for quality assurance and control across the practice, supporting ISO9001 and ISO14001 accreditation, and overseeing the technical quality of project outputs.
