The journey to becoming an architect demands considerable time, effort and financial investment; we provide a comprehensive sponsorship and mentoring programme that supports our most promising graduates every step of the way, from practice-based experience through to professional qualification. 

  Many of our graduates have continued their careers with KSS after qualifying. Our commitment to long-term career development and professional growth is a cornerstone of our culture; defined by continuous learning and exceptional people.

  Advances in technology mean that the way we design is always evolving. We provide access to the latest software tools, training and professional development opportunities, supporting continuous learning at every career stage.

  Learning doesn't stop once you qualify. We encourage our people to broaden their knowledge, strengthen their skills and take on new opportunities throughout their careers. We support learning opportunities and provide a programme of CPD sessions.

  From mentoring and technical training to professional qualifications and leadership development, we provide the support and resources needed for long-term growth.   Looking after our people is important to us. We have trained Mental Health First Aiders within the practice who are available to provide support, guidance and a listening ear whenever it's needed.
