A major milestone for Wycombe Wanderers
We are delighted to confirm that Wycombe Wanderers has submitted a major planning application for Farnham Park Playing Fields and South Buckinghamshire Golf Course to Buckinghamshire Council.
KSS’ proposals represent a significant long-term investment in the 75-hectare site and would create a lasting home for the Club’s players at every level.
At the heart of the plans is a state-of-the-art Performance Hub for the Club’s First Team and Academy, including a performance centre building, show pitch and further grass and 3G pitches.
Alongside this, the proposals would deliver significant investment in community sport and recreation across the wider site. This includes improved facilities at Farnham Park, with new changing rooms, a 3G pitch and padel courts, alongside a new Family Golf Centre featuring a reconfigured, family friendly 12-hole golf course, six-hole academy course and practice range.
Reaching this milestone follows a comprehensive pre-application process with Buckinghamshire Council, alongside extensive engagement with local communities, existing site users, sports clubs, golfers and other stakeholders.
