Brook House is a fully integrated primary school located within the Cannon Road residential development in the London Borough of Haringey. The school sits at the heart of a thoughtfully designed mixed-use scheme that combines education, housing, and commercial space to serve the local community.
The wider development comprises 222 residential units, offering a blend of affordable and shared ownership housing distributed across four distinct buildings. Among these is a striking 22-storey residential tower, which acts as a landmark for the area. In addition to housing, the project includes 180 square metres of commercial space intended to support local businesses and enhance street-level activity.
At the core of the development is the new two-form entry primary and reception school, designed to accommodate the educational needs of the growing community. The school is fully integrated into the scheme, promoting a cohesive urban environment where families can live, learn and thrive.
